IIRC, Arry and Bert were changed to flat-drive unit at some point between late 2013 and early 2014, but in 2015 at the very most, bootleggers got their hands on the Fisher-Price models and created the widespread bootlegs that are still in production to this day.
It seems that Belle was originally going to be in the "T" line-up and would have replaced Oliver as T-10.
