The prototype Motorized Big Friends Kenji features black traction tires and black side-rods, the latter of which he lacks in the television series.
The Plarail Kenji is a repaint of the Plarail 0 Series Shinkansen trains.
The Plarail Kenji includes two coaches, despite him only having one in the series. This also applies to the Motorized Greatest Moments pack.
