Mighty Mac (マイティマック) are a double-ended Fairlie locomotive and conjoined twins. Their body can be turned around so either one of them can face forwards. Their battery compartment is inside a green narrow gauge coach.

- The US release of the Motor Road and Rail Mighty Mac can only be found in the Thomas Ultimate Set.
- Versions of the twins have been sold in the Thomas Ultimate Set with a blue narrow gauge coach.
- Mighty Mac is lacking side-rods despite having them in the television series. This is also the same with Molly, Duke, and Bertram.
- Mighty Mac are free-wheeling because the ability for Mighty or Mac to turn around takes space to fit a motor.
- The TrackMaster (HiT Toy Company) Mighty Mac was going to have a Big Friends release in 2008, but was ultimately cancelled.
- The TrackMaster (HiT Toy Company) Mighty Mac features the name molded onto the underside of the chassis spelled as "Might Mac".
