- The prototype TrackMaster (Fisher-Price) Monty features black rims and a black roof.
- Monty was only released in Poland, the UK and Hungary[1]. This makes Monty the only Sodor Construction Crew vehicle not to be released worldwide, as well as the second Sodor Construction Company vehicle to not have a widespread release in any TrackMaster range, with the first being Alfie.
