Talking Diesel 10 (おしゃべり ディーゼル10) is a Plarail Talk 'n' Action engine. It contains Diesel 10 with a free wheeling Splatter, Dodge, and six pieces of special green track that enable him to talk.

- Talking Diesel 10 is voiced by Ginzo Matsuo.
- Talking Diesel 10's claw arm is able to rotate and the claw can open and close. This is the only version of Diesel 10 released to have a rotatable claw arm, as Crash and Repair Diesel 10's arm can only go up.
- Talking Diesel 10 is one of four Talk 'n' Action engines to never see an international release.
