The recent Plarail Belle.
Some interesting news for any Plarail fans. On the 11 May 2012, they announced that the Plarail Thomas engine lineup will be different. According to the link provided, there is going to be new packaging with pictures from the CGI TV series on them, and there will also be a new numbering system. The previous number system for the engines was written as "T-01, T-02, T-03" and so on (seen here), but this time, the number system will written as "TS-01, TS-02". The engines themselves have not changed. So far, the only engines with cars released will be:
- Thomas
- Edward
- Henry
- Gordon
- James
- Percy
- Hiro
- Belle
- Diesel 10
- Spencer
These engines have been chosen because they've been prominent in the last few CGI specials. We don't know the fate of other engines yet, particularly Toby, Duck, Donald and Oliver. Here is the source. What are your thoughts on this?
UPDATE: According to this online store, the engines from numbers "TS-11 to TS-18" will be:
- Toby
- Rosie
- Emily
- Stanley
- Mavis
- Dash
- Shocked Percy and Rocky
- Victor
Slightly better to know that there are more engines, and that there will be a Plarail Victor, but Duck, Donald, Oliver, and others are discontinued.
